Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for 3-year-olds
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Supervise and support assistant teachers and classroom aides
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
• Assess children's development and create individualized learning plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum
• Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Training in Early Childhood Education or a related field, CDA preferred
• Previous experience working with 3-year-olds in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
